Today was my first time actually shopping for clothes to add to the few things that scream Emma in my own wardrobe.

An Introduction

Jun. 12th, 2010 | 03:13 am

I *really* began watching Glee a few episodes after the Back 9 premiered, and I was immediately fascinated by the show altogether.  The Finchel, Sue's insults, Will's charm, Will's adorable-ness, Emma's adorable-ness, the Wemma, Will's hair... I could continue on about all of the things that I love about Glee, but I would be dancing around the main reason why I am talking about the show in the first place--Emma Pillsbury.  And not just Emma Pillsbury as an individual.  No, this is about her wardrobe.  I know I sound deeply shallow (see what I did there?) right about now, but have you seen what Emma--er, Jayma wears on the show?

SO  CUTE AND ADORABLE!  :)

Before I watched the show, I had a few pieces that resembled her style, but I could never get the image that I wanted to project "out there" by wearing said clothes.  Once I saw Emma, however, I knew that that was how I wanted to dress.  Her clothing is fun, colorful, simple, feminine, chic, vintage(-looking)... Emma Pillsbury has the look that I had been looking for all along.

So what am I doing writing all of this?  I am going to take you on a journey, one in which I will venture into the wild yonder that is known as secondhand shops, vintage stores, and clearance sales!  (Hey, I'm only a college student, you know.)  On my way, I will show you my findings and where YOU might find them, create new outfit combinations with clothing that I've already accumulated, and *hopefully* someday attain a full wardrobe that Emma Pillsbury would be proud of.  Care to join me?
